An Android gym tracker with a companion Wear OS app built for Galaxy Watch. Log sets & reps, manage templates, run HIIT with timers and haptics, connect to treadmills/bikes via Bluetooth FTMS, and stream live heart rate from your watch or any BLE strap — from phone or wrist.
• Built for Galaxy Watch and Wear OS — track from your wrist with haptics and always‑on screens.
• Phone + Watch stay in sync — one‑tap Sync shares exercises, templates, and history.
• Flexible workouts — classic strength sets, duration‑based exercises, and HIIT.
• Smart cardio — Bluetooth FTMS connects to treadmills/bikes; detailed session history.
• Accurate calories — heart‑rate first, then reps‑based, then MET fallback.
• Create exercises with muscle group, equipment, type, and rest timer.
• Add up to two custom numeric fields per exercise (e.g. speed + incline).
• Build templates with ordered exercises and default sets/reps/weight.
• Browse full history with per‑exercise and per‑set details.
• One‑tap Sync pushes exercises + templates to the watch and pulls back watch history.
• Create named HIIT configs: rounds, work seconds, rest seconds.
• Optional per‑round exercise sequence (each can override work/rest).
• Session shows circular countdown, WORK/REST, exercise name, round counter.
• Beep + vibration on transitions; triple burst on completion. Pause/Skip anytime.
• Completed HIIT sessions appear in history. Configs sync to the watch.
Calories: HR‑based (Keytel) when HR available → reps‑based → MET‑based as fallback.
• Scan & connect to treadmills/bikes using the Fitness Machine Service (0x1826).
• Works with devices that advertise FTMS and those that support it quietly.
• Real‑time dashboard: speed, incline/resistance, cadence, power, HR, distance, calories.
• Data every second; saved as time‑series for charts and summaries.
• Cardio history lists sessions with device type, date, duration, distance, avg speed.
• Session detail: full stats + speed‑over‑time (with cadence overlay for bikes).
• Guards against distance resets when belts stop.
• Start empty or from a template; confirm selection in an always‑on dialog.
• Quick navigation: < and > arrows inline with the exercise name; rotary crown scrolls.
• Swipe‑back (or back button) opens a jump list to switch exercises instantly.
• Adjust weight (±2.5 kg), reps (±1), and up to two custom fields per set.
• Previous values pre‑fill automatically.
• Supports weight × reps and duration exercises.
• Duration: 3‑2‑1 countdown, optional auto‑accept when the stopwatch stops.
• Tap OK/Done to complete; +Set adds extra sets on the fly.
• Rest starts automatically after each set; ±15 s adjust, persistent for the session.
• Haptic vibration at rest end; repeats every 10 s when overdue. Skip anytime.
• Auto‑advance to next exercise 1.5 s after finishing current exercise sets.
• Sessions older than 3 h auto‑cancel on the home screen (no stale Resume).
• Sync & Finish pushes watch history to the phone immediately.
• Update Template: applies observed order/set count/avg weight & reps/rest timer back to the template and syncs to the phone.
• HIIT configs from the phone appear on the watch; same state machine (COUNTDOWN → WORK → REST → … → DONE) with haptic‑only feedback.
• History shows completed workouts and HIIT; tap a session for date, duration, HR (max/avg), and every completed set.
• Continuous heart‑rate monitoring during workouts; per‑set HR stored and shown in history.
Sources on phone
• Wear OS stream: the phone requests the watch to start HR and receives values every ~3 s via the Data Layer.
• BLE Heart Rate Service (0x180D): connect to Garmin, Polar, Wahoo, or any BLE HR belt.
The last non‑zero value wins — both sources update the same HR field.
Pairing a BLE HR device
Settings → Heart Rate Device → Scan → tap a device. The address is remembered and the app auto‑reconnects at session start.

Designed for Wear OS devices including Galaxy Watch — haptics guide every step, and the watch UI keeps your focus on form, not on fiddling with controls.
